Lesson Plans:

ESL Ideas      (B=Beginning, I=Intermediate, T=Transitional)
(B) Using a list, students highlight modifiers in a newspaper article or other written material. 
(I) Students copy highlighted modifiers and the words they modify from written material. 
(T) Students correct incorrect modifiers or add modifiers to simple sentences.
