Lesson Plans: The Lexicon Challenge Weekly lesson to help students with vocabulary The Dictionary Game A vocabulary building lesson plan that requires students to be ignorant of words when beginning Using Context Clues Students use context to expand vocabulary Friendship Cards from Romeo and Juliet The purpose of this activity is to have students use the internet to locate a familiar quotation from Romeo and Juliet and to interpret that quotation by making a friendship card. SAT or Foreign Language Vocabulary Students work in small groups to create a restaurant menu using SAT vocabulary words.
