The students will be able to
define the term 'pronoun' and
differentiate between personal,
possessive, interrogative, indefinite and demonstrative pronouns.
"Myself"
and Other Reflexive Pronouns
The words "myself," "himself,"
"herself," "ourselves," and "themselves" are reflexive pronouns.
Reflexive use is not often addressed in grammar books.

(B=Beginning,
I=Intermediate, T=Transitional)
(B) Given a list of pronouns,
students locate and highlight as many pronouns as possible in a
newspaper article or other writing.
(I, T) Given a list of pronouns identified by case, students copy
sentences containing pronouns and highlight the pronouns, color-coding
according to the case. Students then make lists of the highlighted
pronouns according to case.
