Lesson Plans: Experiencing Romeo and Juliet Students view various film interpretations of Romeo and Juliet. Students will write essays comparing and contrasting different versions The Time Machine Week of lessons, uses the book and film to explore influence of cultural events and theories on literature and its interpretation. Effectively compares and contrasts the two.

Students can act-out the sequence of the operation. Example: “first, put the cassette into the player, then....” (I, T) In pairs, students write a story with dialogue by rewriting scrambled paragraphs provided by the teacher. Students then evaluate the written stories.
