Students explore different forms of communication via the Internet and the effects these electronic mediums have on social relationships

1984
This supplemental unit provides resources for students in 11-12th grade to focus on issues and themes related to to George Orwell's novel,1984. During these lessons, students examine the novel's themes and make connection to current issues and their lives. Students will produce a variety of written products including essays, e-mail, and analysis of modern political discourse.
