    • NOTE: Literary elements are limited to theme, characterization, tone, setting, mood, plot, and literary point of view.

AHSGE STANDARD III - The student will apply critical analysis strategies and judge text critically to comprehend passages from textual, functional, and recreational reading material.

Students complete a character chart by checking off character traits of the main characters of a story.
