Suggestions for English Language Learners:                   

ESL Ideas      (B=Beginning, I=Intermediate, T=Transitional)
(I, T) Students visit the library and the Internet to locate sources for words, facts, places and new information.
(I, T) Students locate a publication and copy on a note card the correct bibliographical information or URL for that source.  Students may also access this information through the library’s catalogue software.
(B, I, T)  Students participate in a teacher-created library “scavenger hunt” requiring simple answers from a variety of sources within the library.
