Lesson Plans: Gravitational Force: An Internet Based lesson The objective of this lesson is for students to be familiar with Sir Isaac Newton, the development of his Law of Universal Gravitation. Introduction To Magnets The students will familiarize themselves with several different kinds of magnets. They will observe the forces of attraction and repulsion between the different poles, and the forces of magnetism, electromagnetism and static electricity. Atomic Theory Rutherford's gold foil experiment, performed in conjunction with Geiger and Marsden, provided evidence for the nucleus due to the scattering of alpha particles.
