| “The Flight of the Bumblebee” | In this unit, students will be divided into cooperative groups. They will use technology to demonstrate the life cycle of a plant. One group will be in charge of putting on a play to demonstrate the life cycle. Another group will be responsible for putting together a PowerPoint presentation and the last group will be using a digital camera to take photos of actual plants as they develop through the life cycle. |

| What are Fossils? | In this lesson the students will view fossils and the way they are found and how they show evidence of prehistoric life. The students will then hunt for fossils and conduct an interview about the fossils being found in their community. Students will also use Kidspiration to web their ideas on fossils. |
