Did you know that
Many
of the marches, protest and deaths that propelled the
movement and kept civil rights in front of the people and the National
Government took place along the highway and byways of
Your 1st task is to locate four sites in the state of
Your 2nd task is to identify four Alabamians that played an important role in the Civil Rights movement and write a paragraph about each of their role in the movement.
1. First
you will be assigned to a group. (Not to exceed 4 students.)
2. You
will divide the tasks between the members of the group. Each member will
research and write on their assigned tasks.
