Introduction

Our class theme this year is INFLUENCE. Get ready to take a L-O-N-G journey through Europe! We will visit many F-A-C-I-N-A-T-I-N-G places in the countries of Europe. Where are the famous landmarks and landforms?  Do you think the countries of Europe would be neat places to visit? Let's find out!

Games are always fun! Your job will be to create a game about Europe. It could be a card game, a board game, or even a computer game. Then you will create an advertisement for your new game. Maybe your new game about Europe will outsell PlayStation 2 this year!

You will need to do some research about Europe. For now, you will have to be content with making your journey using books and cyberspace.  But when you grow up, you might be able to visit the entire European continent!

Bon Voyage!

Bon Voyage!                                Bon Voyage!

Your suitcase is packed and you're ready to go!  Which country do you want to visit first?  You had better take a map with you.  Go here to print out a map of Europe and the countries that you will be visiting. Click on Europe and print that page.

Are you ready to go? I wish I could go with you! The rest of our class needs you to teach us about the countries you visit. Print out the questions below and use them as you do your research.  Label an index card with each question and then write your answers on the cards as you discover them.
